Final works at the Swiss Hotel in Mariánské Lázně

In March 2024, Čech a Syn launched an extensive reconstruction of a hotel complex in Mariánské Lázně. With an investment of CZK 700 million, we are delivering the project for investor Carimond Invest, with completion scheduled for September 2025.

On the site of this iconic building, we are committed to preserving the hotel’s historic character while breathing new life into it through modern construction solutions and materials. The entire Čech a Syn team is focused on precision workmanship, a careful selection of materials, and strict adherence to the schedule — so that the hotel can soon once again welcome guests into the unique spa atmosphere of Mariánské Lázně.
