Phase 1 construction progress – Michelské údolí

The Michelské údolí project will bring modern residential living to a quiet part of Prague 4 with excellent access to the city center. Developed in two phases, it will offer housing that combines functional architecture, high-quality materials, and a welcoming environment for both families and individuals.

Since construction began in August 2024, we have completed retaining wall works and extensive earthworks. Masonry and concrete work is currently underway, along with waterproofing and reinforcement of the foundation structures. Thanks to careful planning and coordination, the project is progressing according to schedule and is ready to move into the next stages of construction.
