Construction of the ZORA Harrachov mountain project

The ZORA Harrachov project, developed by Čech a Syn for C&S Developia, was designed by the renowned Atelier Smitka, which has sensitively combined modern architecture with the mountain setting.

Two elegant residential buildings will offer a total of 75 apartments — ranging from compact 2-bedroom units to spacious 4-bedroom maisonettes — with a strong focus on detail, comfort, and functional interior design. The project will also feature practical amenities such as a ski and bike storage room, cellars, and parking spaces.

With its new snowmaking system, Harrachov now offers an exceptionally long ski season, guaranteeing snow from December through April. The entire complex has been designed with respect for the local nature, traditions, and history, giving the project a timeless character. Construction is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2027.
